AleksandarPenev

I make marketing that travels. I speak four languages, and at work I ship in six, with AI and a fact-check on every line.

Things I’ve made

maTEA+

Co-founder, brand, content, launch, 2025 – now

A yerba mate brand two students started in Breda, made for 18–26-year-olds who want energy without another energy drink. Black-Mint-Ice, Verry-Berry and Pineapple-Ice, hand-packed in Breda.

  • Built the positioning, visual identity, packaging and webshop from zero
  • About €500 in first sales organically, before spending anything on ads
  • Sold pouches at €7 by the canal and teased the launch with “Coming soon” reels
  • Own all content: Instagram, email and product copy; the first paid campaign is next
  • Wrote the brand’s full marketing plan with my university team. See the plan →

A brand people remember starts with one clear promise, not a list of benefits.

A TikTok lab: 50K views in 60 days

Personal project, strategy, filming, editing

I treated my own page as a marketing lab. Nine videos each changed one thing: the caption, the length, the look or the hook. The tenth copied the format of the winner.

  • 50K views in 60 days; top video 27K, second 15K
  • 3.4K likes and 56 shares; 91% of views came from the For You page
  • One day peaked at about 28K views

One clear hook beats a clever edit. Change one thing at a time or you learn nothing.

The hook“What if…”
The turn“When this happens, I will…”
The lineLive a little.
The closeOne cinematic wide shot.

ParkMundo: one page, six languages

Internship, SEO and content localisation, 2026 – now

ParkMundo lets travellers compare airport parking in 13 countries. I write the provider pages people find on Google, in languages I don’t speak, so every fact has to be checked against its source.

  • About 445 landing pages in French, Italian, Dutch and three kinds of German in seven weeks
  • An AI-assisted workflow with a separate fact-check per page; 250+ errors caught before publishing
  • Showed with live Google checks that an SEO audit’s main fix applied to only 1 of 11 key search terms
  • Mapped 1,265 missing listings across 38 airports and shortlisted 23 of 2,285 affiliate partners

AI makes speed easy. Trust is the hard part.

House rules

Send one sample before fifty.I learned this the hard way when a whole batch was built on the wrong layout.

Change one thing at a time. How a TikTok page went from guessing to 50K views.

Every fact has a source.Especially when you write in languages you don’t speak.

Hook first, edit second.Nobody waits for the good part.

Live a little. The line that worked on camera works off camera too.

Computers, AI and cybersecurityFrom age 10 I lived at the computer: writing little programs, taking my PC apart and building it again. For my 13th birthday my mom got me this cake. She knew. Today it’s AI and cybersecurity.
